Absolutely. All Soak & Soul Co. products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan.
We never use animal-derived ingredients, we never test on animals, and we only work with Canadian suppliers who uphold strict ethical standards — no child labour, no animal testing, and transparent sourcing.
Do you offer a product testing group?
Yes! We have a Soak & Soul Testing Group that customers can sign up for.
Our testers receive early-release products at discounted or free prices in exchange for honest feedback that helps us perfect our formulas.
Where are your products made?
Every product is handcrafted in-house right here in Canada.
From formulating bubble baths to pouring candles, everything is made by hand in small batches to ensure quality, safety, and consistency.
What ingredients do you use?
We focus on clean, gentle, and skin-loving ingredients.
All fragrances are phthalate-free, our colorants are skin-safe, and all base ingredients are sourced from ethical Canadian manufacturers.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind, using gentle cleansers, hydrating oils, and minimal irritants.
However, since everyone’s skin is different, we recommend patch-testing first — especially for scrubs or scented items.
